COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. pecan pieces
2 c. diced celery
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, pecans and bacon in bowl. Blend mayonnaise, with remaining ingredients. Add to chicken mixture tossing lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6-8.
