MY MOM'S POTATO SALAD | |
10 potatoes 10 eggs 1/2 cup sweet relish 1/2 cup dill relish 1/4 cup mustard 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1/4 cup sugar 1 large onion salt and pepper, to taste Boil the potatoes and eggs. Cool. Mix the relishes, mustard, mayonnaise and sugar, set aside. Dice the potatoes, eggs and onion. Once done, mix all together well. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
