CRAB MORNAY 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheese
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat drained and flaked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika

Place broccoli in lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Set aside. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Blend in flour, salt and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk and cream. Place saucepan back on heat bringing to a boil, stirring constantly.

Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add lemon juice and crabmeat. Pour mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned. Serve alone or on toast.
