CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. grated cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt

Cook potatoes without salt until tender. Mash, add cream cheese, sour cream, butter and garlic salt. Place in a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Can be refrigerated overnight, before baking.
