SPINACH CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. croutons
1/4 c. bacon bits

Grease sides of crock pot. Mix all ingredients together and put into crock pot. Cook 4-5 hours on slow (low) setting. Can sprinkle top with parmesan cheese or sliced boiled eggs.
