COUNTRY SPARE RIBS 
2 lbs. fresh country spare ribs (they're meatier)
1 beef bouillon cube
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 bottle red food coloring

Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add all other ingredients. Pour marinade over ribs and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning ribs over once. To cook, place ribs on a rack over a pan of water and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
