ESCALLOPED CORN AND TOMATOES 
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. stuffing mix
3 1/2 c. can tomatoes
1 c. cream style corn
Dash pepper, oregano, thyme & marjoram
1 tbsp. butter

Cook bacon until crisp. Saute onion; add rest of ingredients, including bacon. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be assembled ahead of time.
