TOMATOED CORN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 lg. tomato, cut up

Cook and stir all ingredients except tomato over medium heat until butter is melted. Cover and cook over low heat ten minutes. Stir in tomato, cover and cook five minutes longer. Serves 4, 180 calories per serving.
