CORN-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. fresh corn
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Combine corn and tomatoes and seasonings. Pour into buttered baking dish. Spread bread crumbs over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4-6 servings.
