CORN AND TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
