CORN TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
Grated cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with generous layer of grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Dot with extra butter, if desired. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
