FESTA FISH AND SHELLS | |
1 (11 1/2 - 12 oz.) pkg. individually frozen fish portion 1 c. sm. shell macaroni, cooked 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix 1 med. green pepper, cut into strips 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.) Allow unwrapped frozen fish to stand at room temperature about 20 minutes. In medium saucepan, stir together undrained tomatoes, onions, and taco seasoning mix. Add cooked macaroni and green pepper strips; bring mixture just to a boiling. Pour tomato-macaroni mixture into a 10 x 16 x 2 inch baking dish. Put fish over the mixture. Spoon some of the sauce over the fish. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until fish flakes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese over fish. Bake until cheese melts. |
