FIESTA FISH & SHELL 
1 (11 1/2 or 12 oz.) pkg. individually frozen fish portions
1 c. tiny shell macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 of a 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix (2 1/2 tbsp.)
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz.)

Allow unwrapped frozen fish to stand at room temperature, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. In medium saucepan, stir together undrained tomatoes, onions and taco seasoning mix. Add macaroni and green pepper strips, bring mixture just to boiling.

Pour tomato and macaroni mixture into a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish, fold each fish portion to fit in pan. Place over mixture. Spoon some sauce over fish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Uncover, sprinkle cheese over fish. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
