STUFFED HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk

Mix thoroughly and press out thin between wax paper.

STUFFING:

2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine and moisten with a little water. Place 2 tablespoons stuffing between 2 thin patties, pinch edges together securely. Brown quickly in small amount of fat. Cover with 1 can celery or mushroom soup. Simmer about 45 minutes.
