STUFFED KATLETI (Hamburgers) 
2 lb. lean hamburger
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped fine
About 6 slices white bread soaked in milk or water, then squeezed lightly

Mix all ingredients together. Make your favorite stuffing. Mold hamburger into patty. Then place some stuffing on top. Then make another patty and place on top of stuffing. Pinch edges together to seal.

Place hamburgers on greased casserole or baking pan. Cover with mushroom soup diluted with water. Bake in 375 degree oven about 2 hours or until done.
