RICE AND HAMBURGER STUFFING 
2 lbs. ground lean hamburger Onions Celery Canned sliced mushrooms Chicken broth Basil and thyme leaves

Prepare rice according to directions on package. Brown hamburger, slice onions, and celery in large fry pan. Add mushrooms, basil, and thyme. Add hamburger mixture to rice and moisten with small amount of chicken broth and simmer on low for a few minutes.
