1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water

In a greased pan, sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Put vinegar in one, butter in one and vanilla in the other. Pour water over all, and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
