3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Make 3 holes in mixture and into holes put vanilla, vinegar, and oil. Pour water over all and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. This cake is very moist and chocolatey and needs no frosting. It is also cholesterol free.
