3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. water

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Blend well. Then add vinegar, vanilla, oil and water; mix well by hand or with electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
