WACKY COCOA CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING:

(Best if made with milk chocolate chips.)

1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. canned milk
3/4 cube butter

Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir and cool to thicken.
