QUICHE 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Beat eggs, biscuit mix, butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9 inch or bigger pie plate or oblong baking dish. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top. Press gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
