3 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Marshmallows

Mix well and pour into deep casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees then top with marshmallows. If a deep dish is used, there will be room for the marshmallows to expand. Watch carefully until marshmallows are brown.
