DOUBLE CHEESE AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 bunch green onions, sliced
16 oz. pkg. hash browns

Beat eggs in casserole. Add everything except half of the Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
