chicken breast, drumsticks or thighs (cut up)
pack of Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Whiz cheese sauce
Ingredients below

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crush Ritz crackers. Then in a large mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients. Place any kind of desired chicken into bowl and toss till chicken is completely covered. Place on baking sheet and with the remaining crackers just sprinkle on top.

Place in oven for about 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done. Great to dip in whiz cheese sauce. To make that take 1cup Whiz cheese, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/2 tbsp of butter / margarine and place in microwave until melted. Stir and serve.
