STIR AND DROP SUGAR COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon rind, optional
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Beat eggs well, stir in cooking oil, vanilla and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to other mixture and mix well. By teaspoons put on cookie sheet, may be flattened. Bake at 375 degrees until edges get brown. Can be iced.
