MARINADE FOR FISH 
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. water
1/8 c. white wine
1/8 c. salad oil
1/8 c. honey
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic

Mix ingredients in shallow dish. Add fish and marinate 1-1 1/2 hours. Cook fish on grill (using mesquite wood chips for added flavor) to desired doneness. Best if not over cooked. This is enough to marinate approximately 1 pound of fish. Excellent on fresh tuna and dorado.
