MARINADE FOR FISH 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet tarragon
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
6 oz. red wine vinegar

Mix above ingredients, marinate fish steaks in covered container in refrigerator for at least 2 to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator before grilling, allow to come to room temperature. Ask the grocer for a recommendation about what fish is in stock which is appropriate for grilling.
