PORK CHOPS A LA REESE 
4 pork chops
3 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can stewed or reg. tomatoes (1 lb.)
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper
Flour (optional)
Vegetable oil

Wash pork chops. Lightly coat with flour, if desired. Place in hot oil in skillet (large). Brown on each side. Add rice, tomato sauce, tomatoes, green peppers and onions; season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until chops are tender.
