GOLDEN FISH BAKE 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Paprika
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place fish on oven proof platter or shallow baking dish and sprinkle with salt. Spread with mayonnaise and top with onion rings and sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. Add dash of paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
