VENISON OR BEEF JERKY 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. season salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
3 lbs. venison or beef

Cut meat in 3/8-inch strips. Mix all ingredients to make marinade. Put meat strips in marinade sauce and marinade in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning, bake strips at 150 to 200 degrees for 6-8 hours. The longer you bake, the crispier it gets when done. Put in airtight containers. Will keep up to 2 years.
