EASY BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef cut into bite size pieces 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 3/4 pkg. onion soup mix, dry 1/2 c. sherry or 1/4 c. of red cooking wine Mix ingredients in large baking dish and cook for 4 hours at 300 degrees. Stir in sour cream if desired and serve over rice or noodles. |
