LASAGNA 
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
3 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. olive oil
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato soup and 1 can water
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Saute first 6 ingredients for 5minuteds. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Brown and drain 2 pounds ground beef and add to sauce for last hour.

12 oz. lasagna noodles, precooked
1 lb. Ricotta cheese (optional)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese

Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses in baking pan, sprinkle sauce with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
