LASAGNE PRESTO 
1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 lg. cloves of garlic
2 tsp. (level) crushed oregano (not ground)
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 can water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 pt. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Grated Parmesan cheese

In pan brown hamburger, onions and garlic. Add oregano, soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish or pan arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
