CREAMY POTATO PUFF 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potato
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. fine chop onions
1/4 c. red pimento pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix cream cheese and mashed potatoes then add rest of ingredients. Sprinkle paprika on top. Put in greased corningware or casserole dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
