1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix all the ingredients together and store in covered container. Use as coating for chicken baked in oven.
