1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder, salt or minced onion

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

Coat chicken with oil, then dip in coating mix. Bake chicken covered for 1 hour. Then cook uncovered for 1/2 hour. Excess coating may be stored in the freezer.
