CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of hot pepper sauce or ground red pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 lemon
4 flour tortillas
Avocado
Sour cream

Mix together Worcestershire, soy sauce, vinegar, chili powder, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken and stir fry in hot oil until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Add onion and pepper; stir fry until vegetables are tender. Squeeze juice from lemon over chicken and vegetables just before serving. Serve with flour tortillas, avocado, and sour cream.
