CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. each seasoned salt & ground cumin
1/2 tsp. each chili powder & crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. each vegetable oil & lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. each sliced onion & chopped green onion
1 c. sliced red bell pepper
Flour tortillas, warmed
Avocado slices, salsa & sour cream

Combine garlic, seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder, red pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Toss with chicken and marinade at least 2 hours. When meat is ready to cook, saute vegetables in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Saute chicken until done and toss with vegetables. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with avocado slices, salsa and sour cream.
