1 lg. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 box vanilla wafers
4 lg. bananas

Mix all ingredients well, except for half of the Cool Whip, bananas and wafers.

Slice bananas.

Layer in large bowl: bananas (sliced), vanilla wafers and filling, until the filling is gone.

Put the remaining Cool Whip over the filling and sprinkle wafer crumbs on top.
