CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese slices
1 can biscuits

Brown beef, green pepper and onions. Drain. Stir in pepper, tomato sauce and catsup. Alternate beef mixture in a 2 quart baking dish with layers of cheese. Arrange biscuits around edge of dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
