SAUSAGE SKILLET MEDLEY 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. frankfurters
1 lb. (1 can) whole white onions, drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut in strips
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut sausage and frankfurters in 1 inch chunks. In large skillet, saute sausage for about 10 minutes. Add frankfurters and saute 5 more minutes. Stir in reserved mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and seasonings.

Cook and stir for 8 minutes or until vegetables are hot. Serves 8 to 10 as appetizer. Can serve from skillet with toothpicks.
