SNOWMAN CRISPIES 
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. pkg. marshmallows
6 c. crispy rice cereal
5 round peppermint candies
8 red jelly beans
10 chocolate chips
25 miniature chocolate chips
1 fruit rollup, cut into 3/4 inch strips
15 red cinnamon candies
10 pretzel sticks

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring at the halfway point. Stir until smooth.

Add crispy rice cereal. Stir until coated well.

Using a 3/4 c. potion of the mixture for each, form 5 balls and place on the baking sheet. Using a 1/3 cup portion for each, form 5 more balls. Place the smaller balls on top of the larger ones, forming snowmen.

Decorate by placing 1 jelly bean on one peppermint candy for the hat. Place on top of the smaller ball. Slice a jelly bean in 1/2 lengthwise for the nose, 2 chocolate chips make the eyes and 5 mini chips make the mouth. Add a strip of fruit roll up as a scarf, use 3 red cinnamon candies for buttons and 2 pretzel sticks make the arms.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
