FRENCH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine eggs and salt; gradually add flour alternating with milk beating with beater until smooth. Beat in melted butter. Fry the pancakes. Serve with sour cream, powdered sugar and strawberries. Roll up like crepes.
