FRENCH PANCAKE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat milk and butter in a saucepan. When slightly cooled, add in the eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.

Grease a 4 to 5 inch skillet lightly and heat skillet. Pour in batter to cover bottom of pan. Tilt skillet to cover evenly. Cook about a minute. Loosen with a spatula and flip over. Cook both sides until a golden brown. To serve, spread with favorite jelly and roll up like a jelly roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
