CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained well
4 c. cooked chicken, boned and dice in bite-size pieces
1 c. thin diagonal sliced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Curry Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Combine ingredients. Add Curry Mayonnaise and toss until coated. Spoon onto lettuce.

CURRY MAYONNAISE
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. curry powder

Stir together.
