SHEPHERD'S PIE 
8 sm. potatoes
1 lb. ground chuck
1 (12 oz.) can corn
6 slices Velveeta cheese

Boil and mash potatoes. Brown meat and season to taste. Place cooked meat in greased baking dish. Spread can of corn over top of meat, then spoon out mashed potatoes to cover.

Cut cheese and arrange on top of potatoes. Put in preheated 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese browns (9 inch baking dish).
