MR. M.'S TERIYAKI STEAKS 
2 lbs. flank steak
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. onion, peeled & quartered

Cut steak lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Combine all remaining ingredients in electric blender. Pour over steaks, and marinate at least 8 hours. Grill steaks as desired. (This marinade works well with all steaks.)
