HOT PEPPER JELLY 
2 bell peppers
6 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. cayenne pepper
1 bottle Certo
Food coloring, green or red

Grind pepper in blender. Drain. Put all ingredients except food coloring into pan and boil for 5 minutes. Add food coloring and pour into sterilized jars. Makes 6 cups.
