REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. sauerkraut
1/2 lb. corned beef (3 pkgs.) cut up
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing

Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13 pan. Top with meat, then cheese. Dab Thousand Island dressing on top of cheese.

TOPPING:

Saute 1 cup seasoned rye krisp crumbled in 1/2 cup of butter. Sprinkle on top and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
