REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. sauerkraut
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
3 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter

Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13 pan. Top with corned beef, Swiss cheese, dab dressing on top of cheese. Add tomatoes.

TOPPING:

1 c. seasoned crumbled Rye Krisp
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Saute RyKrisp in butter. Spread on top of other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
